Our team is at reception. They’ll check you in personally, send a hot meal up at midnight if you ask, and arrange the pickup from Lonavala station. The kind of place where the manager remembers your name.

What are the standard check-in / check-out times?
Check-in 12:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in subject to room availability on the day.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Daily complimentary breakfast for all room guests, served 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM in our common dining area.
Can I book the whole property for an event?
Yes. Full-property bookings for weddings, corporate offsites, and family functions are available. WhatsApp us for a custom quote.
Do you allow pets?
Small breeds allowed by prior arrangement, on leash in common areas. Mention it in your enquiry notes.
How is your cancellation policy?
50% refund on cancellations 7+ days out. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable but transferable to a future date within six months.
How far is the property from the train station?
Lonavala station is about 10 km away (15-20 min drive). We can arrange a pickup on prior request.
