Our story
The property is owned by Mrs. Shobha Sharma Bendre and operated under the Balaji Ananta Heritage name. Day-to-day operations sit with the on-site team and our manager Sameer Borkar.
The mission is straightforward: make every guest feel at home. Clean rooms, hearty food, a pool, an open-air retreat, and the easy quiet of Karla. We keep things simple and personal.
