Booking
Lead guest must be at least 16 years old. Maximum guests per room per occupancy details on the room page. Person making the booking is responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, and damages. A deposit is required to confirm any booking. Deposits must clear before booking is confirmed.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.
Payment
Payments via debit card, credit card, UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Any bank charges raised against us for dishonoured payments are reimbursable by the lead guest within seven days of request.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy varies by season and lead time. Refer to the booking confirmation for specifics or contact us before booking.
House Rules
All guests respect the privacy and quiet of other guests, neighbours, and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking with immediate effect if guests cause disturbance or damage.
Damages
Lead guest is liable for any damage to the property caused by their party. We may charge for repair or replacement at fair cost.
